Can I place an order by phone or Fax?

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will ship via the United States Postal Service. All orders are usually shipped within five business days. The time it will take for your order to arrive varies depending on your location and the time of year (service during holiday periods is generally slower). Expect the package to arrive in 5-10 business days!.

Shipping is by Airmail and generally takes between two and three weeks. Note: you may need to allow up to 30 days in addition to these times if customs detains packages entering your country. How can I track my order?
You will always receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. USPS.com, may be used to track the progress of your package. Note: If you are in Alaska or Hawaii, outside of the US, or at a post office box or APO, your order will ship via the United States Postal Service and you will not be able to track it online. I am an international customer. How much will it cost to ship to ...?
It is easy to calculate shipping charges on our website. To do so, simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and then click "Checkout." After providing your shipping address, you will be shown available shipping options and costs before being asked to provide any payment information. Note that Pre-Ordered Items always ship individually, and we do not combine pre-orders with inventory sales! Pre-Order shipping charges are cumulative!

I am an international customer. Can you declare my order as a gift on the customs form?
We always declare the full value of all packages we ship overseas. Declaring that a paid order is a gift in order to avoid import duties is a violation of international trade law, and is not something that we will consider doing under any circumstances. Still have questions?

I am an international customer but my country is not listed. Can I still order from you?
We regret that we can only ship to the countries shown in the check-out screens of our website. We cannot accept orders for shipping to any country not shown.

What credit cards do you accept?

Yes. When paying by check or money order, please PRINT YOUR SHOPPING CART and send it in as an invoice with your payment! .

Please note: Checks must be received within 14 days of placing your order. If paying by check, please allow an additional two weeks for order processing. All checks must clear before shipping. A service charge of $25 will apply to any returned checks.

My credit card was rejected, but I know it's valid. How can I get my order through?
To help protect against consumer credit card fraud, we use paypal secure checkout! If your card was declined, it is possible that you simply entered your billing address incorrectly or our credit card processor does not have your current address. Be sure to double check your street number and zipcode.

If you have attempted to place the order unsuccessfully more than three times, you may have been locked out of the system. If the error message says you must contact us, you will not be able to complete your order and need to do so by phone or email. We can usually resolve problems such as these. Do you charge sales tax?
If the shipping address is in Masachussetts, your order is subject to 5.00% sales tax.

When do you charge for preorders?
Preorders are billed when you place your order. We must pay fro the models to reserve them and we don't have deep pockets!!

When do preorders ship?
Preorders will ship to you automatically as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse. You will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is on its way to you.

What if I combine preorder and in-stock items in the same order? Orders containing PRE-ORDER items are not combined!. For example, if you order something that is available now and a pre-order that won't be available for another month, your Pre-Ordered models will ship individually as released.

In some cases, we may choose to bill and ship in-stock items separately. This usually occurs when an order is particularly large or when separate shipping is deemed necessary by our shipping department.

Can you tell me if a particular product is in stock?
Our inventory is tracked on our website. If the website says an item is in stock, it is in stock. If there is an error you will be notified as soon as possible and then you can exchange or get a refund!

An item I ordered arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please exercise caution when removing models from packaging! Diecast models are not toys; delicate parts such as propellers, antenna, and canopies will break easily if they are mishandled or forced.

All products are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If you receive a damaged product, it is your responsibility to file a claim with US Postal Service. If you do not file a claim with US Postal Service—regardless of what the damage was or how you feel it might have been caused—you will lose your right to receive a refund.

The UPS claims department can be reached at USPS Claims Dept. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date. You must save all the original packaging materials, even if there is no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Do not return damaged items to WW2diecastmodels.com! If you do so you will lose your right to file a claim.

I want to return some undamaged products. What do I do?
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us by phone or email within 14 days of the shipping date. Items must be returned to the address we will provide at that time. If you are returning the item because it was damaged during shipping, please see the "Broken or Damaged Merchandise" return policy. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In order to qualify for a refund, all returned products must be in saleable condition in their original packaging. It is your responsiblity to use adequate packing material in order to ensure that the item will arrive at our warehouse undamaged.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. If your order qualified for free or discounted shipping, the full non-discounted shipping expenses for the order will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be paid by check within 30 days.
